Please note: Hotels, Airbnbs, or other locations may charge for cleanup services. Desert Charm Events is not responsible for any fees accrued associated with cleanup.
1. Booking Requirements: Clients must book services at least 2 weeks in advance.
2. Rush Orders: Rush orders (less than two weeks before the event) will incur an additional $80 fee. Please contact us via DM for rush order pricing and availability. DO NOT BOOK RUSH ORDERS TILL CLEARED.
3. Payment Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Clients are allowed one reschedule within 15 days of cancellation , subject to availability.
5. Decorating Process: Set-up time range between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Only decorating staff are allowed in the room during the decoration process to ensure safety and efficiency. Clients are encouraged to provide access instructions in advance.
6. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate event details to include room access at least 48 hours before the event.
7. Damage or Loss: Clients are responsible for any damage or loss to decorations caused by themselves, their guests, or hotel staff after the setup is complete.
8. Liability: We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as hotel policies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
